Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking Canadian licensed Registered Nurses (RNs) experienced in critical care nursing to join our team and work for our client in the USA. As a critical care nurse, you will be responsible for providing care to patients who are critically ill or injured.

Job Type: Full-time Contract

Job Location: Relocation to the USA (Montana)

Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients, including assessments, medication administration, monitoring, and maintaining accurate documentation.
  • Work closely with physicians and other healthcare team members to create and implement personalized care plans.
  • Perform advanced clinical procedures, such as managing mechanical ventilation, hemodynamic monitoring, and continuous renal replacement therapy.
  • React promptly and effectively to changes in patient conditions, ensuring clear communication with the healthcare team.
  • Keep patients and their families informed about their care, treatment options, and progress.
  • Educate patients and families on disease prevention and management, including lifestyle changes and medication adherence.
  • Comply with all relevant standards, regulations, and policies, including infection control and patient confidentiality.
  • Engage in continuous professional development and training to maintain up-to-date knowledge and skills.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited university or college.
  • Current and valid RN licensure.
  • Completion of NCLEX examination.
  • Strong clinical assessment and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in primary care, long-term care, or specialized clinical settings is preferred.
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in ER, OB, MS and Long-term care
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications
